In today’s world of rapid change and evolving social norms, many of us find ourselves navigating complex personal journeys. As a former bikini model turned coach, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of personal transformation. This post explores the path from seeking external validation to building a community based on integrity and self-acceptance.
We often cling to familiar patterns and behaviors, even when they no longer serve us. This tendency stems from an archaic part of our brain that equates familiarity with safety. However, true growth and fulfillment often lie beyond our comfort zones.
To evolve, we must challenge our self-imposed boundaries. This is especially true when it comes to sensitive topics like sexuality, where cultural taboos and personal fears can hold us back.
Early in my career, I sought validation through modeling. Like many, I judged others who expressed their sexuality more openly, unaware of my own internalized shame and need for acceptance.
Through extensive inner work, I uncovered the root causes of my behaviors:
Origin stories that led to seeking value through others’ perceptions
Untrue narratives about sex and sexuality I had internalized
The need to reclaim my sense of self-worth
This personal growth led me to launch an OnlyFans page from a place of conscious choice and self-acceptance. It became a journey of:
Artistic expression
Rebellion against societal norms
Financial empowerment
Healing shame around sexuality and body image
My experience with OnlyFans was ultimately positive and empowering. However, it’s crucial to acknowledge that this path isn’t universal. Factors that contributed to my positive experience included:
Starting later in life, with more life experience
The introspective opportunity provided by the global pandemic
A strong foundation of self-awareness and intentionality
At the height of my OnlyFans success, I chose to pivot towards psycho-spiritual coaching and education. This decision, while perplexing to some, aligned with my personal growth journey and desire for new challenges.
Today, I’m focused on creating a community (Oracle) centered on:
Brave self-reflection
Pushing beyond current limitations
Sharing experiences and guidance
Personal growth and transformation
Leading this community with integrity is possible because of my own journey. I’ve learned to:
Take responsibility for my choices
View all humans as extensions of myself
Replace judgment with acceptance and love
