(03:23) but it does take some shadow work and being intentional as well yes exactly and our guest today is going to guide us through that process she blends the compassion and tenderness of an angel and the wisdom and strength of a shaman to guide profound journeys of core healing and spiritual awakening as a certified high performance coach shamanic healer and soul guide she has guided thousands of individuals through core life shifts helping them to turn their life around and manifest the life of their dreams she is the host of the internationally

(04:28) and together raise the vibration of the world please help us welcome anahata ananda this divine earth angel to the show um hi oh sideways [Music] she’s frozen oh there she is [Music] hi can you hear us can you hear me we can hear you but you are um sideways you look great though and your background’s amazing what okay so make it vertical yeah all right let me do a little switcheroo hi guys hi hi you look awesome i love all the plants in your background i know i’m all about the plants yeah me too have fresh air always that’s so funny

(05:24) because my magic trick today on the end of your episode after you get off we’ll be doing magic tricks and one is to add plants to your workspace or to your house 100 and i’m quarantining at my boyfriends and uh i was telling him how i was really missing my home and so he went to a plant nursery and got like a truck full of plants to make me feel more at home we need the fresh air frankly right now yeah especially yeah um oh hi goddesses hello hello so we were gonna um read your bio and then um start asking you the questions and

(06:00) below okay yeah go ahead one quick thing or two quick things is um it’s uh shamanic breath work right other than shamanic breath work because work okay yeah i have my own take on that is that and the the free gift that i want to give your audience that in the intro is a guided shamanic animal spirit journey amazing wow so i just thought that your audience would like that and then i’m going to give them a discount on like balancing the feminine masculine of course but i just thought that your audience since we’re kind of diving into

(06:37) shamanism um would would enjoy that as a free gift that’d be amazing animal spirit guided a journey to get some animal spirit wisdom yeah my animal is the fox but it’s right behind me but i would have always thought it was an elephant and then during um an ayah ceremony it was clear that it was a fox so i changed it in mercedes in your question i changed it to sean angelic breathwork you changed changing on your paper okay yes which question is that i don’t know when you ask her to lead us through the breath

(07:06) work say sean angelic instead of shocking yeah near the end there’s a question about you know why sh shomanji like breath work yeah aya as far as uh yeah you know a deep experience to kind of and we’ve never done it so we’re so excited ah you must come here and and do where are you guys based so i live just a couple miles away from tasha and kyle so i was watching bear when tasha went to go see you yes oh thank you thank you yeah yeah my kids are the same age so they i have irish twins so they love

(07:40) going over there oh my gosh irish twins i have twins twins yeah she told me um and then what was okay so the first thing was the gift the second thing was the show angelic and everything else is okay yeah it’s all good and um let’s just set this intention that every conversation every transmission every question is just landing as deep medicine for everybody listening or watching and that um the divine speak through us and that we weave a tapestry of soulful magic this beautiful carpet ride that everybody that is on the receiving end

(08:21) including us have deep medicine for our soul physically emotionally energetically and spiritually yeah yes let’s do that before we take this off this is just audio though right or it is a video clips for promos okay but as far as the airing of the episode it’ll just be audio yeah okay and one more thing i wanna just make sure or if you do have any uh headphones with a microphone that would even make your sound clearer do you know if you do off hand if not not a huge deal let me see if i have something that will work with my phone

(09:00) cause i’m on my phone oh got you okay um let me just just because i’m hearing myself back and i’m worried that’s going to come into the recording let me see [Music] take that spoon out so we don’t hear it we always hear that thing um i’m gonna mute it whenever i because there’s chunks of mushrooms and when i drink it without stirring it first then i get the like i’ll cough on the mushrooms so i’ll mute it before i um when you mute it when you listen back do you ever hear the mute or is it just

(09:41) when we’re i don’t hear it ever because i hear it we hear it like when we’re recording with you but i was wondering if it picks up on the recording is it here undo it yeah here it goes yeah i’ve never heard it in the uh listening back i wonder why though i don’t know i don’t i probably only mute it like once or twice an episode though it’s if i’m coughing or drinking that um or if i hear dogs outside but i haven’t heard of it yet so there’s two different options here that may work with my

(10:34) phone let’s just see oh you’ve got the pro mic i’ve got a couple different setups does that make any difference yeah a huge difference test test test does that make any difference sounds good or is it about the same it’s a huge difference can you hear us it doesn’t work because i can’t hear you when i do that did you it doesn’t work right can you hear us now no i can hear you now okay um so it worked as far as your vocals sounded great but you might have to change where your sound is coming in and out

(11:20) all of a sudden your sound is much lower let me okay start speaking a little bit um did you hear what i said about the so your vocal sounded great on that microphone but um you might have to go in the settings there and change your input and output or your microphones okay i don’t know if she hopefully she can do that on the phone i’m still you’re still kind of low right now still we’ll get it all sorted sorry about this no worries it’s it’s kind of like this with um the audio recordings is that you know

(11:52) yeah [Music] oh she has the same little ring light as us hold on let me just turn the air off real quick [Music] hold on i’m just gonna um get another mic set up but it’s all tangled so that’ll be one second we’re not in a hurry so don’t feel rushed you know say something is that any better test test test yes that’s much better can you hear me yes i’m going to turn it down a little bit let me reset this because that’s got

(13:00) oh it’s crooked okay speak again and let me see test test one two and two plenty loud great so that’s better yes you sound better um and then just make sure your hair isn’t tapping the mic but it’s pretty good right now so you should be fine so you know hold on yeah that should make it clearer yeah it’s great make sure my little stand is good here okay so that’s better better so much better i was hearing my echo back so i knew that was going to pick up sometimes it

(14:03) does that i don’t know why but the delay i guess in the recording okay ready all right so i’ll read your bio and then we’ll get started with the questions she blends the compassion and tenderness of an angel in the wisdom and strength of a shaman to guide profound journeys of core healing and spiritual awakening as a certified high performance coach shamanic healer and soul guide she has guided thousands of individuals through four life shifts helping them to turn their life around and manifest the life

(14:38) of their dreams she is the host of the internationally acclaimed shaman jelly healing podcast she is the founder of sham angelic healing based in sedona arizona where she offers high performance coaching inspirational workshops group retreats private healing sessions and online courses she is a sham angelic breathwork pioneer full of sage wisdom and a glowing presence that holds space for soulful expansion personal healing and spirit embodiment she teaches us to embrace our divine power that we can be stewards of the

(15:08) earth and its resources and that we can cultivate true loving relationships and together raise the vibration of the world please help us welcome anahaka ananda this divine earth angel to the show oh what a beautiful intro added some extra magic there and uh beautiful goddess beautiful sisters uh it is a pleasure to weave the magic with you today i’m excited to dive deep and you know weave something really special for the listeners today yeah so are we so this is a very transformative time that we’re in and there’s a lot of

(15:47) fearful energy we’d love to get a shamanic viewpoint on what’s happening energetically right now um well you know you know the shamanic wisdom is about honoring cycles and if we look at you know nature as a great teacher it goes through birth and death cycles every year and as humans we’re kind of stuck in this perpetual spring and summer and nature is very beautiful and she models for us how to let go like in the fall when when she is aware and sensing that things are changing things are ending and she’s able to take a pause and let

(16:31) go of things that don’t serve any longer or that would hold her energy back from replenishment and going inward to preserve and cultivate energy that will be needed to birth again and so she’s she’s really modeled for us this beautiful flow of cycles and as humans we don’t like to let go of things we don’t like to close chapters we don’t like to slow down and this whole this whole time this whole virus this whole experience is forcing us into a fall and winter season that we have been avoiding and because we haven’t put

(17:14) ourself in the fall we haven’t allowed ourselves to slow down um she’s helping us do that and because she needs a break from you know as we can see with with the waters clearing up and fish coming back and and life you know returning she’s able to filter her waters and replenish herself because we’re slowing down and because we’re in this closed-loop system with mother nature and with mother earth when she needs to breathe we need to breathe and we have been in this place of polluting her waters in her air

(17:55) and it’s affecting us physically that’s why we have a virus that is respiratory that’s why you know we are being forced to slow down and look at is in the fall we would look at what do i need to let go of and if things aren’t sustainable like our let’s say dance quote with particular substances or go go lifestyle or a job that doesn’t seem to fit us any longer that perhaps we’ve outgrown that’s the opportunity to to pause and say do i need to make any changes do i need to let go of anything

(18:34) without that pause we just keep holding on to things that aren’t in alignment whether that’s a substance a lifestyle a relationship a job uh a way of being that really isn’t serving us anymore and so we’re we we’re we’re being invited to reconnect to the cycles of surrender and letting go and replenishment along with stillness quiet and rejuvenation and that’s got a lot of us really um uncomfortable because we don’t like to be forced to be still yeah is that kind of in a way it’s the divine feminine rising

(19:14) right it is the the feminine aspects of that is is it’s more of a lunar cycle in the feminine of nurturing and patience and self-care and slowing down and stillness which is more of the feminine and the masculine is more active and and energetic and we actually need both of those cycles we need both the feminine to replenish and rest and be patient and fill our cup back up and we also need that masculine energy of go and move forward which is kind of more fiery in the feminine is more watery and as a culture we have been

(19:56) a lot more fiery and so this is a time to be a little bit more watery to get into our emotions to be more sensitive to be more reflective and in that sensitivity we also get to look at where our emotions are rising when those attachments or leaves that we’ve been branches that we’ve been holding onto really tight aren’t serving us any longer and we’ve probably been getting some wake-up calls about that that this lifestyle or this addiction or this habit isn’t serving but we’ve been ignoring the signals and

(20:34) nature doesn’t ignore the signals when it starts getting colder she adapts by by adjusting and letting go of things and as things right now are changing we are being invited to let go of things that we’ve been attached to and so it will take a lot of the feminine energy gentleness and compassion and patience right now to navigate this time of our emotional response to being forced to let go of certain um things that we’ve been attached to and it might be material it might be certain freedoms it might be

(21:09) certain products on a shelf um and that’s because the way we’ve been living is not sustainable yeah i know um kyle kingsbury brought up the other day when we were talking about this that um a lot of men don’t know how to be with their families they don’t know how to just be and like stay inside and sit still and so it’s causing the men to panic even more right now and like um you know stock up as much as possible and find ways how they can still be the masculine and um so it’s interesting it’s calling the men

(21:45) to tap into their feminine it’s calling all of us you know uh you know too soft and to slow down to listen to feel and especially with men because they’ve been programmed don’t feel don’t cry i don’t talk about it you’re the doer you’re the protector you’re the provider and so we also get to look at some of the social programming that is attached to men that is perhaps not sustainable that allows men to also be the caregiver and sensitive and still and playful and we get to have compassion for the parts

(22:23) of us men or women that are being faced with um ways of being that are not balanced and hold because within each of us women and men we have feminine qualities and masculine qualities and and you know women have been in order to prove ourselves in order to feel worthy uh we have come and come out of our feminine and into our masculine and that doesn’t mean we can’t be badass entrepreneurs it doesn’t mean that we can’t be leaders and providers as well however doing that from a masculine place of force and push and i have to

(23:05) prove and hustle whether we’re a man or a woman isn’t really working it’s causing burnout yeah resentment overwhelm and this is where in this pause we get to look at how i’m orienting to money how i’m orienting to my relationship how i’m orienting to those that are listening that are parents and the the roles in which i i am identifying with are those really aligned with my soul or are those roles and hats that i have taken on that are actually belong to somebody else or they belong to a different generation or

(23:48) i took that on trying to fit in or there was social pressure to go on this path that when i when in this pause we get to deeply look at is the life i’ve created aligned with my soul and my soul’s essence it’s scary to turn inward and to look at that and to face that perhaps the life i’ve created is not really nourishing my soul or it’s having a deep impact and detriment to my physical health or it’s creating stress on my relationship i’m not showing up emotionally uh because i i’m afraid to look at the

(24:29) emotions because a lot of us when we get still that’s when the emotion starts to rise our fear our insecurities our our our core wounding tends to rise when we slow down and so the go go and the do do is actually a coping mechanism to avoid the inner work yeah i think i’m very much seeing that now especially in relationship and in relationship being in lockdown you know for this pandemic all that stuff is really rising to the surface but i also have a kind of personal question off of that is um i’m being approached with some

(25:09) new business opportunity new even career path and direction uh and i’ve always been the person who has been residing in her masculine more often than not and it has served me well you know the reasons that that came about in my young childhood it had pushed me to be really well do really well in business and be very um you know organized and oriented in that direction but i found a lot of places where it didn’t serve me well you know like i want to be able to be the feminine woman who i was born to be uh and so i’m asking

(25:46) how do i better um balance when so what i guess i’m most afraid of is that now that this new opportunity is coming about is it really the universe speaking to me in a way like well this is a test you can take this and go with it in the sense of go back into your old patterns and take it on head on and do it in the way you always have which is you know like bulldoze through or um is there a better way for me to do that or should i just not be doing this at all you know take a step back completely from it so do you have any advice on how to

(26:21) navigate that when you’re in the midst of where i’m at currently this is a great question and it’s for everybody because we’re in the midst midst of making big pivots and how do i change and create a life that’s more sustainable whether it’s within your relationships whether it’s business opportunities and that’s where the stillness and deep listening comes from because if we are making those choices from panic fear hustle push force we’re going to create more destruction whether that

(26:50) destruction is oh i make money but it’s at the expense of my emotional health or it’s at the expense of my physical health or i’m not present in my relationship so it cause causes conflict in my relationship so this is where we get to really deepen our spiritual practices which is more that aspect of the feminine and and being receptive for divine guidance that is required with stillness we can’t come to that that answer clearly when we’re going a million miles an hour and we’re juggling

(27:24) seven things it invites us in that feminine quality to be still to be receptive to be open to listen and to deeply check in with is is this alignment with who i am right now as a soul and and to peel back some of the layers of have to and must and like you as a as a young girl you said hey i had to come forward with the masculine to to become self-sufficient and you know i started working at 12 and and because there was a need to to provide for myself and i learned how to do that and the wonderful thing with whether we’re men

(28:09) or women we learned how to how to how to do that and then we get to see about where it where there has been the destructive aspects of it so in this time when we’re looking at opportunities or the need to pivot off a lifestyle that isn’t sustainable or spending habits or business that is causing adrenal fatigue or it’s not healthy balance wise is a deep listening so that we can be answering that from a soul level so that we can be answering is this alignment is this in alignment with how i came to serve

(28:53) and i may be faced with looking at that old part of me that is afraid to let go of something or afraid to move into the unknown or afraid to do it in a way that is unfamiliar because a familiar way has worked yeah that’s i think what my biggest obstacle is there is like what is the new way am i i’m most afraid that i will fall back into the old way because that’s my comfort zone right and that that’s where we really get to feel like let me actually move into the old way and learn from it what worked about the old way so that we

(29:33) can precipitate out that resourcefulness of the old way the get back up and try it if i fail that those qualities those kinds of things the confidence the resilience those kinds of qualities when we look back at the old way we may want to keep those that’s where the tree doesn’t let go of the trunk and the branches it just lets go of the leaves so at this time we also get to look at hmm what could be upgraded what is not working so well or where has this where has my passion for this part of the business changed

(30:10) where has this dynamic in my relationship met its ceiling and we need to grow so that our relationship can go to the next level where have i met diminishing returns with this addiction with insert your addictive substance here where have i now experienced diminishing returns with sugar alcohol pot um sex you name it that is actually taking my energy rather than giving it to me and then that might be maybe it’s time to let go of this substance or this part of my business that is actually causing a lot more strain and stress and

(30:51) frustration maybe it’s because when i’m in that listening space spirit divine creator source my higher self insert your version of that there is trying to get me to look at making an adjustment or a shift maybe it’s a little shift where it’s looks like oh i just need to hire somebody or i need to delegate this piece or i need to let go of this piece in order to birth or a reach for something new and this is where sitting in that discomfort also allows us to grieve and say goodbye to that that’s the winter season and it also

(31:29) gives us this space to be still and allow the inspiration for what new seed am i planting in the springtime because it might be totally different than anything that is in your current box that’s why that winter season is so valuable to be receptive and allow spirit or inspiration or to bring spirit in so that we can be fertile and receptive still and um in this place of fertil fertile receptivity to allow a totally new seed to be planted within this that lights us up where we’re excited where that fire

(32:07) and passion of the spring then provides a whole new path of abundance and prosperity because we’ve been allowing something new to come in yeah for me i think so much of it is about um the worry of me falling back into my old pattern but also the the outside pressure of when i’m in the mix with these people who are who see me in that light of that masculine who is always glorifying busy and you know that person may call it corporate or whatever you want to call that um i’m i’m comfortable in that skin because

(32:44) it’s been me for so long and i feel like i want to show up for them because that’s been my tendency in such a strong part of my character so it’s i think releasing like you’re saying that part and letting go of that if the parts of that that aren’t serving me some of it is valuable still but then a big piece of it is trust i think the word trust is big for me right now like trusting myself that i’ll be able to do it a different way and it will be okay like the world will not fall apart you know trust me

(33:15) absolutely and those are both the feminine qualities of trust and faith sit right there side by side that that’s why the inner meditation is so valuable to trust that i’m going to be okay and also in that inner authenticity that i’m following my inner authenticity and that i can stand in the presence of other people’s judgment because what i’ve heard there is i don’t want to disappoint external expectations and that might be one of those leaves to let go in order to follow your authentic path

(33:43) you may be met with the presence of external judgment or criticism for what are you what the hell are you doing going that way yeah or um i don’t like the way you’re changing and now we’re going back to our attachment as children right for our parents approval we’re going back to the teenage version of us that wants to fit in with the cool kids and doesn’t want to be rejected and we’re going back to as the solar plexus our individual and actually our fire center the third chakra around individual and individual light

(34:18) where we’re no longer sourcing that external power validation from somebody else we’re maturing to find our individuality and our our soul’s mission that is not dependent on or guided by external validation right because that is definitely one we got to let go of because our superpowers ladies and gentlemen is coming from our individuality and our authenticity right now is that in the new paradigm each of us bringing our authentic magic and our individual power to weave together is what’s going to

(34:55) create the new paradigm we don’t need same same of the old old we need new new of the more authentic because that unique inspiration that you’re bringing is valuable and it’s going to inspire others to let go of the old way and to follow their authenticity and so in that way it’s uncomfortable scary and necessary to be the way shower which is going to invite you to face the attachments of being judged or criticized by the people that used to at times have your back that in this moment as you as you venture out into the unknown

(35:34) may become i’m your fiercest critic sometimes yeah thank you for that i feel all that it feels insensitive to say this because of all the people who are sick or who are worried about their loved ones but it your perspective makes this um virus seem like such a blessing um and so it really shifts it really shifts it from like victim consciousness to like creator consciousness and i’m really thankful for uh the way you articulated all of that i feel so like that 10 000 foot view when we when we can pull ourselves back

(36:12) out of our individual bodies we get to see the world in general as this always positive thing if we want to look at like you’re saying you know it’s going through these different seasons of rebirth and uh you know that’s that’s the perspective of the hawk or the eagle when we look at it from a shamanic perspective and oh by the way you’ll get it people listening will get a free guided animal spirit journey so that’s going to be really cool to help yeah that’s amazing but you know what what

(36:39) what you both are addressing is the ten thousand perspect you know foot perspective or the the perspective of the eagle in the hindu tradition it would be the third eye and the crown and this is the corona virus which means crown yes it’s getting us to awaken to a higher perspective because what we’re being shown is that the foundation that we have built upon is not stable it is not sustainable that’s why everybody in the root chakra is being very triggered around health can i survive um money stability

(37:17) safety um hoarding survival all of these kind of and community is all being completely radically threatened because the way we have built humanity is not sustainable with longevity it’s not sustainable with the environment it’s not sustainable with our health and this this virus has given us the freedom and the invitation to actually look at our root system and where we have built it on sand right you know in the air and that we can’t just keep living on credit we can’t just be stuffing our emotions we can’t just

(37:56) having an unhealthy relationship to consumption and plastic to avoid feeling what we need to feel and that these these these uh patterns of that humanity has gone down a path this virus is bringing to our attention that the foundation that we built upon is not sustainable and it’s giving us the invitation sometimes we’re we’re given this invitation by little knocks on the door that we’ve all uh ignored because um we’re so um beautifully stubborn and arrogant and avoidant that sometimes we don’t hear a gentle whisper

(38:31) um or a knock on the door it takes us a two by four um or you know three week uh you know uh isolation to force us to slow down and look at patterns that aren’t sustainable and this is uh you know there’s a difference between an invitation to awaken and now this is a demand this is this is a command to awaken so that you know our trajectory with humanity can be more in harmony with humanity and with the planet and so we’ve actually all asked for this at a core level to be awakened to be in harmony with everything

(39:12) yeah so with that how can we reconnect back to our primal relationship to mother earth and access her power wisdom strength and love because it it is obvious that she’s trying to get our attention right now and inviting us to do so yeah um get back on the land you know nature’s my church it’s my sanctuary it’s where i receive inspiration it’s where i heal it’s where i listen it’s where i play it’s where i adventure and she’s inviting you to um to come and play with her again as kids

(39:52) we used to do that we used to play play outside and climb trees and you know play in the mud and splash in the water we used to do that as kids and and we’ve forgotten how how beautiful it is to just play in nature and i don’t mean just to hike a summit from that place of you know conquer and adventure but i mean to to walk barefoot yeah and you know lay down and allow her healing energy because you know grounding is proven scientifically to help boost the immune system to breathe fresh air when we’re con

(40:32) concerned right now about the quality of our air i’m out every day on the land totally tree-hugging you know soaking in sun yeah and and getting yeah getting kissed by the sun held by mother earth and having the the trees um filter the air for me and this is where and and be in the water element you know i like to be by water so that i can be in that flexibility and surrender and so get back in nature because she can be that divine mother where we might need to be held through something that we’re scared about or afraid of just like you

(41:11) know we would go to to you know a mother to be held if we fell off our bike or something like that or skinned our knee um so this is where she can model the divine feminine for us this is where we can work out we don’t have to be in a gin lifting rates because we can go outside and climb mountains we can find trees we can lift rocks we can we can swim in her waters there’s lots of ways that i think we’ve we’ve forgotten with modernization how to be in nature in a playful healthy nurturing way and in that

(41:44) i did a little video um for the equinox that’s on my instagram it’s also on my youtube which is a whole ceremony ceremony about seed planting intentions and and connecting back to mother earth where we can say hey i’m sorry i apologize for the way i have disrespected you i apologize for um you know not honoring you and let me express my gratitude in this moment for the healing herbs for the fresh air for your gravity which is holding us on this beautiful planet for your patience with my ignorance and my over consumption

(42:27) that has hurt us both i apologize for moving away from a harmonious respectful conscious relationship with you and and be re-establish that connection by coming home to to her and also ask her how can i serve you how can i support you right now and maybe that is planting trees maybe that is using less plastic maybe that is um getting away uh from so much consumption and and packaged materials maybe that is planting more of your own garden and eating fresh and local rather than blueberries from new zealand that are

(43:10) you know crossing her ocean like when we have fruit in our backyard or we could grow it um or we can we can actually eat more locally so that we are not having shipping containers going across her oceans and her blood is our blood her her we are mostly water she is mostly water that is her blood and that is our blood yeah and so we’re in a closed loop and if we get back to that where can i clean up my footprint enlighten it and be in a in a listening respectful relationship with mother earth so we can serve her

(43:52) and love her and be grateful for what she’s given us yeah that’s really beautiful we have a question from our magic mob where mondo asks um or says you teach on multiple ways to heal your relationship with your parents and i know that in a time like this we’re thinking about how we may lose family members which brings up such a mix of emotions especially for those of us who maybe have unhealed trauma with our families so can you tell us what the first few steps are in mending those relationships that’s a deep question and it’s a good

(44:28) question and that’s it’s relationships with our parents or anyone that was influential in our childhood because that might have been a step parent it might have been a grandmother or grandfather and if we look at our childhood as a classroom and we step back from the expectations that they were supposed to know everything provide everything and keep me safe if we step back from that and and acknowledge that as souls we came into a classroom that we chose and we created then we can see every experience and

(45:05) every part player in the classroom of our of our childhood as a teacher and it took me a long time to see my father as a teacher because my he was my arch nemesis and my greatest villain i placed him in that in that part in my life as the person that hurt me most the person that wounded me um and that was my story for many years until i got to a place in my life where i realized wow if i’m here to understand love which is my spiritual name on ahata if i’m here to understand love then one of the deepest expressions of love

(45:52) is forgiveness and how could i learn forgiveness if i had only been loved unconditionally if i had never been wounded or or hurt or abused physically or emotionally or rejected or judged or any of that how could i ever access the classroom of forgiveness and understanding and compassion and it took me many years well into my into my 30s before i came to that understanding of oh my father came here for me the lesson he is bringing is to help expand my understanding of love so that i can actually have compassion for

(46:37) the shadow parts of myself that i can actually have compassion for the shadow hearts and the darkest parts of uh the greatest villains in my story that i can also have compassion for the shadow aspects of humanity that are causing great conflict and harm upon upon each other and this goes back to raising into the heart chakra around compassion and forgiveness and it also raises us into the crown and and perspective to see our greatest villains as just wounded children that uh we’re not here to teach to model everything for you but perhaps

(47:22) in our ignorance in their unconsciousness also bring to the table for you the gift of compassion and forgiveness and that they are human too which doesn’t mean that what they did is okay it just means that i don’t have to hold anger about it anymore i can also witness that i have hurt and harmed others in my arrogance and in my unconsciousness and in my immaturity it helps me turn towards the part of my own shadow and in those places of the classroom we get to exercise inquiry what did this teach me did it teach me to

(48:08) respect myself did it treat it did it teach me to understand forgiveness did it teach me to i need to have clear boundaries with people that my voice matters like what are the lessons that are coming from childhood because i guarantee as you grow as a soul you’re going to need those pearls those lessons those treasures from your childhood if if there was oppression and i took on this understanding that i don’t matter then somehow or or that everybody else’s opinion of me is more important than myself

(48:43) just like mercedes what you’re going through about needing to validate yourself even if somebody else doesn’t agree with what you’re doing as you step into this next level your ability to take those lessons from the past and honor yourself instead of give power away to external validation is actually a powerful lesson that applies right now absolutely so there’s plenty of treasures as we go into those most tumultuous relationships when we have the courage to look into those there’s going to be lessons and pearls

(49:19) and tools that are absolutely necessary as you are going into this next chapter of your life that you will need going forward yeah to be fortunate for all those places even the darknesses i love that i have it’s it feels a lot more applicable thinking of it exactly how you articulated it as a classroom like i always have thought everyone’s our teacher but when you think about this is the classroom that you chose it really um it just helps you again move from victim consciousness to creator consciousness and

(49:55) um so thank you again even the darkest things even the darkest things will we say oh well what about uh what about physical abuse or sexual abuse and you know one of my one of my clients has has you know been on the receiving end of a tremendous amount of sexual abuse in her lifetime and she is now working in prisons to help with rapists to help with their healing and their transformation and and and and compassion and forgiveness for how they came to that place in their life that they would have such you know a pain themselves that they would uh you

(50:40) know harm another person in such a way and her classroom her training for this kind of work was not to have a phd from harvard and to be in theory about what this is she in as at a soul had these her classroom and her training ground was to be experiencing all these different sides of sexual abuse so that in her evolution to come to forgiveness she is such a powerful healer and teacher because of her experiences and and and that it didn’t define her as a victim in her evolution and her working with her traumas she became victorious and

(51:28) stronger that is now able to come back and do some incredible work with with men in prisons and to help heal that part of them and forgive and evolve that part of them and so that’s where even the darkest shadowy things we can find there’s a lesson there is a blessing how can i why did i experiencing why did i experience this so that because somewhere in my soul blueprint that plays as a role whether it’s addiction or abuse or you know being adopted divorce the loss of a loved one from suicide whatever it is

(52:10) there is something there that is part of your training ground because you’re here to serve with that tool and that greater awareness to help humanity through it in some way absolutely i think because it happened in our lives that’s proof that it was something we specifically were meant to experience so we can make it something happening for us instead of to us you did mention something i just wanted to touch on just on a personal note as well um you said your spiritual name and so and i don’t know if you know you have a

(52:42) different real name or you’re born to anahata ananda as your real name yeah no i wasn’t born like in an ashram right you know my my upbringing was beautiful and and challenging and tumultuous and the full spectrum like many of us the full a full spectrum of experience of light and dark i i think that that’s pretty typical and and um my spiritual name came as i was studying and evolving and healing from my dark night of the soul um experiencing a lot of rage and anger from those times that hadn’t been full

(53:23) belief been fully integrated and healed um that i kind of dove into the shamanic path to kind of help me release a lot of the darkness in the shadow and learn from it and evolve from it and become stronger from it and then after doing that work i was really drawn to more spiritual practices meditation and more of the yogic principles and it was at that time with my meditation teachers and i already knew that i was here to study the heart i already knew that and they they were like yep and and the sanskrit term for that is anahata and

(53:57) what they added to that was anahata ananda which means blissful heart yeah and so the kingsberries are naming their daughter’s middle name also yeah ananda yes um and you know when they gave me that name i was like uh you know that’s that’s a lot and so i didn’t go by that name for many years because i was working with moving into that place where i was more loving than not loving and i think when they gifted me that name i wasn’t quite there yet and it’s you know it’s a working process

(54:34) it doesn’t mean i’m always in the love or the bliss frequency because as a human i dance in those you know gray shades and but i’m more often that than not that and i’m here still as a student of understanding the heart and it’s and its power and its multiple facets and its wisdom along with the powerful medicine of joy and bliss which is our birthright which means at this time when some of us are way down in survival mode and that even in that we can move into those frequencies of trust and faith knowing

(55:13) that we’re going to be okay and that that my happiness is not defined by how many zeros in the bank account or or what kind of car i drive or how many followers i have on social media that we’re kind of you know finding that bliss is not attached to what we thought it was bliss is our birthright i love i love that and i brings up worthiness wounds it brings up all the reasons that we have made excuses that that’s not true is that something you find in everyone you work with is that common i think that as children we understand

(55:51) bliss because we just we play we are in it yeah we are we’re not consid we’re not um burdened by external expectations i know there’s this one picture of me where my pigtails are totally crooked and my bow is like all my shoe is untied and um i have two different color socks on i’m totally dirt my face is totally dirty and this my smile wraps around my whole face and it’s it exudes for my body because i’m happy playing outside and and that brings me great joy and and in the doing and in the becoming uh

(56:33) in the in the diving into the matrix and growing up i’m not saying we’re it meant to be in perpetual peter pan where we don’t take care of everyday responsibilities i want i couldn’t be a mother if i wasn’t if i wasn’t responsible for providing my kids with safety and food and a place to sleep we still want to be grounded but we also don’t want to forget how to play as adults whether we’re the provider or the caregiver or both we still want to be able to access those frequencies of

(57:07) play and laughter and that that is great medicine we’ve we’ve become addicted to the workaholic as as our value and our worth but that and and accomplishment might you know our success might make us feel worthy but that does not or fleeting states of okay i won that or i accomplished that but that isn’t a deep sense of of uh joy and bliss bliss is playful it’s not coming from accomplishment bliss is silliness not coming from a place of victory it doesn’t have have to win or do it a certain way it’s without

(57:50) structure in that way and um and that and and and silliness by the the go-getter is ridiculous it’s a waste of time it’s judged and we actually need that frequency it’s in the second chakra um we actually need that orange color of the rainbow that is playful and fun and um one of my clients is you know runs one of the biggest trading companies in new york and uh you know i was working with him and i said hey how do you play do you dance do you laugh do you draw do you you know do art what do you do and he

(58:30) was like oh that’s ridiculous that’s a waste of time yeah and and that inner child was so abandoned and within six months he had had a heart attack he’s still alive but he had a heart attack because that part of him that loves to play had not been fed and so his heart was breaking yeah i had a therapist ask me that question what do you do as playtime and i was like i don’t and i and she put me through a practice so if anyone listening wants to do that practice with themselves if they have a real hard time coming up with

(59:05) what they do as playtime maybe just write down you know journal write down a big list of things that you would consider playtime what does playtime sound like to you what’s the definition to you is it you know jogging outside is it running in the park is it playing frisbee is it you know whatever it is write it down and then do one of those things and i invite it to be less functional i invite it to be to not have a means that it’s just i’m painting just to paint not to put something on the wall that my

(59:38) my movement is just authentic and it’s not i’m gonna run three miles today if we pull out the masculine part of it and we allow it to be purely inspiration and the muse and and not functional um with a destination or an end result then we’re really getting into the essence of creativity that just poetry for poetry and i’m i’m writing because it feels good or i’m drawing because i i it’s fun and to get outside of the comfort zone because most of us are accustomed to writing with most of us the right hand

(1:00:19) um what if we were doing it with the other hand and if we are actually going into those states of creativity we’re going to feel uncomfortable and it’s going to be awkward and if that inner critic that expects perfection can be sidelined to i’m just making a necklace for fun i’m just i’m painting for fun yeah then we’re getting somewhere which might be a muscle that we haven’t flexed in a while for sure as we are seeing right now in our corona cocoon yes we’re being asked to do that

(1:00:51) so we each have a personal question for you if that’s okay absolutely um so i’ve worked to remove the words i’m sorry out of my vocabulary and replace them with thank you uh for a couple of years now but despite my efforts i find myself constantly saying i’m sorry and all of my partners and many of my friends have pointed this out like they keep telling you stop saying sorry but um it just i don’t know it must be coming from somewhere so can you help me figure out where this need or desire to apologize is coming from

(1:01:23) yeah i think that i think that there is a place for apology i believe that there is a place for apologies i’m going to and i’m going to come back to that in a second but sometimes we say i’m sorry when somebody’s expressing themselves and blaming us for how they’re feeling which might not actually be our responsibility so sometimes the i’m sorry is i’m taking on what isn’t mine or i’m sorry that you are feeling that way rather than honoring hey i’m hearing you when somebody’s in

(1:02:01) rage when somebody’s in blame when somebody’s in anger when somebody’s in sadness we want to come forward with just the witnesser that isn’t sad or projecting what somebody else is feeling is wrong or bad or taking it on as our own sometimes when we’re not having clear boundaries then we’re saying i’m sorry because it’s like oh i’m feeling it and now i feel sad for you or i feel i’m feeling the heaviness i’m sorry that you’re feeling that way and what we want to do is delineate that

(1:02:36) and move into more the witness that says i’m honoring how you’re feeling and i hear your frustration or i’m acknowledging or i honor that you’re sad about this right now i don’t have to take it on i don’t have to own it i don’t have to fix it i don’t have to actually feel it for me to show up and be present for somebody else’s process and a lot of times when somebody else is having a problem or a frustration we take it on as our own and so i think that some clearer boundaries there yeah are

(1:03:13) important to say i may not be sorry for something that i didn’t create i mean i’m sorry for the fact that you’re blaming me for you know what’s going on and so i think that there each situation is going to be a little bit um different if a boss is angry at you you you know you didn’t do this and you didn’t do that i say okay i hear that you’re frustrated i hear that you’re upset let’s come to an understanding of how we can work together that all makes sense but i think um just to maybe

(1:03:46) give you a better idea of what how i do it it’s like if someone is unloading my car for me i’m like i’m so sorry that there’s so much stuff if i if i’m like crowding someone a little bit i’m like oh i’m so sorry like i’m apologizing for even taking up space um uh a more embarrassing example is um the other day when my boyfriend was going down on me i like got all over his face and i was like oh i’m so sorry that’s like why why am i apologizing in a scenario like that so

(1:04:16) it’s like even in intimate moments or even when someone like just genuinely wants to help me unload a car i’m still apologizing just for the fact that i’m [Music] it’s okay for you to take up space honey yeah i believe that but it still is that that is really stepping into like honoring your feelings your space your stuff like you don’t have to apologize that for that if there’s something that it’s bringing up that needs your attention that it’s out of balance sometimes we’ll go to i’m sorry

(1:04:53) i’m sorry i’m sorry because actually something’s out of balance and we’re not looking at it some things not uh i i’m not honoring something that that is out of balance and so that might be the place to look at another piece is um you know like when i was saying earlier about apologies i think that acknowledging where there has been something that has negatively affected somebody else that i believe an apollo the place for apology has its place to take ownership for the part of a relationship that is your part of the

(1:05:36) relationship that is is out of balance i got angry i closed you out i was impatient i blamed you for my stuff so i think in that space it’s appropriate to apologize and be accountable adults are accountable for their stuff but this is um what you’re talking about is really a self-worth issue that can just say hey thank you for pleasuring me thank you and each person has has that’s once wanting to come forward for you and help you with a car or help you with your pleasure or whatever it is this is how they’re loving you and so

(1:06:15) moving into the thank you you know is like yeah thank you for for seeing me for being with me for being with my messiness and my stuff thank you like wow that that makes me feel even more valued and even more worthy that you’ll put up with that all over your face or you’ll help me with my stuff and that’s a gesture of love yeah just replacing that i’m sorry with thank you sounds like a powerful i mean i’m i’m trying the right places in the right places yeah i notice even like when i leave a play date i’ll like

(1:06:54) think of every reason to text them to apologize about anything so i think i just i need to sit with it a while and figure out each experience each experience and so what i would go back to is the first time i’m sorry happened i would go back to the first time where you did something and you felt like you’re it was an imposition on somebody else or somebody else made you feel bad for just being you because as little children we we [ __ ] our diapers every day and we didn’t apologize for that our mothers loved us

(1:07:34) enough or our fathers or caregivers loved us enough to change our diaper or feed us and we didn’t we don’t have to apologize for that that part of us and and we were loved for that so i would be curious as to when that was your first response and why and was it modeled by somebody that you should apologize for something that really wasn’t your fault or you know where that first came from so i always look at the first imprint yeah thank you yeah let’s go back to that time of when you were four or six and that started

(1:08:10) i would look at and go to that little girl and hey it’s okay that you fell down or it’s okay that you that you did that like to to to give some validation and love for her so that she doesn’t feel that she’s not worthy or that she has to apologize for things that are just natural human experiences yeah i’m gonna sit with that thank you so much you’re welcome so my question i don’t know if it’s even a question really but i’m hoping that you can help me to identify where i might be holding rage because in a in a

(1:08:43) recent um therapy i know it’s a big one a therapy session my therapist asked me to sit with or um get clear on defining rage and it’s differences between anger and rage uh and then of course see if that’s you know where that’s in me because i know it is in me i know there’s places that it comes up um so i want to be able to better manage it so yeah so we get these so rage for me i label it as dragon lady [ __ ] and when i first started my shamanic healing journeys uh the shamanic healer i went to created a

(1:09:30) safe space to allow my authentic emotions to be expressed and as as men are programmed don’t feel don’t cry don’t talk about it women are programmed don’t get angry don’t yell be nicey nice and so a lot of our anger gets repressed and when anger is repressed that’s when it goes to rage when it’s you know kind of like a volcano it sits it sits it’s dormant i’m irritated i’m i’m i’m angry anger is turning to resentment but if i don’t express it if i don’t remedy it if i don’t fix it

(1:10:10) if i don’t address why am i irritated resentful angry then here comes dragon lady [ __ ] out of the blue just rageful incinerating with intense fire and out of control and that’s rage and yes absolutely women can feel it and men um also can can feel it and so when i was doing my shamanic exp healing in that places when it was finally safe for me to express authentically the first emotion that came up was not sadness or grief the first emotion that came up was rage like [Music] just fierce fierce dragon rage i almost drew

(1:11:01) blood from my fists where my fingernails were cutting into my hands my voice was so angry i was yelling and screaming so much i was hoarse for three days it had been all of this all of the anger all of the resentment all of the the unresolved emotions that i had stuffed in the in the in the guise of be nice and don’t upset everybody and don’t get angry and don’t piss anybody else off and keep the peace and be nice that that oppressed my authentic feelings and it also didn’t allow me to go get curious about that anger is a teacher

(1:11:42) resentment is a teacher it’s trying to show something that needs attention whether it needs healing or it needs to be expressed it needs to be evolved resolved in some way and so ignoring those signals is a clear indication uh that rage is on its way and we either externalize rage and it gets expressed out let’s say to our partners or we blow up as a mom or you know we blow up with a friend or we internalize it and it becomes a physical diagnosis later on you know a cancer or liver disease or whatever and

(1:12:18) a lot of times the liver is involved it’s around the second the third chakra where how we’re using our energy and if we’re not allowing a release valve for anger and resentment then it becomes an explosion and alcohol tends to be one of those ways in which we try to death in the fire with alcohol so we tend to see that alcohol drinking and anger tend to go hand in hand we’re trying to oppress that so interesting since they both are so hard on the liver yep absolutely interesting is that when i started my journey in therapy years

(1:12:56) ago i had uh other uh medicinal people who were more in the holistic range specifically two in the same week actually point to my liver and say this is what you need to be focusing on exactly because the liver is like a sponge it will it needs to be a clear filter and it is the filter for our body and for our blood and so when we’re holding and holding and holding then it can no longer digest and all of the functions that it has more functions than any other organ in the body it will affect our immune system it will affect

(1:13:32) digestion it will affect um toxicity and cellular regeneration and adrenals support all of this and so with that what i invite you to explore is what is that what am i really angry about and why if we can soften back into the feminine and to give it a space and to get curious why are you upset and let me hold a space for you to get angry i give myself permission to do that to be angry to be rageful and if i need to punch a pillow if i need to yell and scream i give myself permission to do that in safe environments

(1:14:10) and so i would in your case get curious about what am i really upset about and and why and does this remind me this thing that i’m having with my boyfriend or husband or person uh the situation like does it remind me of any other situation so this conflict that i might be having with my partner might also be similar to this other boyfriend and this la and also have its roots way back with my father and so then we look at oh there has been unresolved anger that i didn’t move toward and figure out so that i could make a different

(1:14:49) choice so that i could be more discerning so that i could value myself so that i could um advocate for my self-care or have clearer boundaries or whatever the lesson is anger is a divine communication to get us to move into inquiry about what is this bringing up for me what is it trying to get my attention to fix a dress heal or acknowledge do we get better at not having to use anger and pain as our big motivate like maybe not having to feel so much anger and pain in or you know hit these rock bottoms in order to have to move through

(1:15:26) something motivated yeah for sure and this is this is when we have those periodic check-ins and we’re not waiting and for 10 years or 20 years to do our healing work when we’re actually checking in daily and like like if we take nature as an example we have the sunset every day the sun lets go of the day and so at night when you’re like is there anything from today that i need to let go of that i don’t want to bring into the next day do i need to apologize do i need to clear something with somebody do i need

(1:16:06) to change something with somebody so that i’m not taking that anger and resentment into the next day and i remember getting really irritated with an employee that i had and it was just not working and i was getting irritated and i was getting frustrated and um what was what i if i had set with that i really would have gotten to the truth that this is not the right employee that she doesn’t have the skill set to do this particular thing that i’m asking of her and that it’s beyond her capacity and beyond her ability

(1:16:46) and and yet it’s required for this job and so the conflict that was arising between us isn’t about well she just needs to be different or i just need to be more patient it’s the truth it the truth was she’s not a right she’s not the right fit for this position she’s not qualified for this and that truth i was ignoring and it was creating conflict and resentment between us and had i sat with after the first time that i got irritated with her i would have really deeply it’s not that any time you get irritated you just fire

(1:17:21) somebody it’s more about what well you know or uh you know you’re irritating me boyfriend husband goodbye it’s not about that it’s more about why is this irritation what is it really about and it’s like i had a tried to fit a square peg in a round hole that’s the problem and in identifying that i was able to look at well what qualities do what skills and qualities do i actually need that are not negotiable because i bartered those i negotiated those because i was impatient and i put a body

(1:17:52) in a position yeah so the lesson i learned by actually getting with my resentment and my anger is it’s better to be more patient and discerning about hiring and to not compromise because it will cost me later on the irritation was a direct correlation to my impatience and my my avoiding not hiring the right person for the for the job and waiting for that person so getting better at slowing down and listening and sitting with yourself and feeling the feelings that come up only always whether that’s grief or

(1:18:26) whether that’s irritation or resentment because that might have to do with a business change it might have to do with you know a parenting dynamic that worked when a child was two but it doesn’t work when they’re four it might have to do with hey we’ve moved into a different place with our relationship we actually don’t have the skills to navigate this next thing we might need to get a new tool to help better communication in our relationship so whatever is creating irritation anxiety and there’s a lot of that rising

(1:19:05) right now then let’s move toward it because it might be that the way i’m spending money isn’t sustainable or that this job really i don’t love it anymore in fact i haven’t loved it for the last two years and i’m not being honest about that and it’s causing me tremendous amount of anxiety and depression and i’m drinking more heavily because i’m staying in a job that i loathe you know so this is a great time for selfie inquiry um for sure yeah [Laughter] [Music] ooh and i feel i really felt it when you

(1:19:43) talked there about being able to decipher between what’s real what’s reality and what’s a projection that you’ve been like you use the instance where you’re putting it on to an employee for instance but um of course we do that in all types of relationships and i’m personally trying to navigate uh currently where the end of my fantasy is and the beginning of reality is and how to better balance um between the two because i think they’re both necessary it is necessary for us to be a progressive you know species and

(1:20:13) for us to reach our goals and become the highest potential of ourselves all those things we have to project that that is a possible potential um you know being better having a relationship that thrives and survives um the species healing the planet we have to have these projections they may not be our current reality they’re very necessary so do you have any advice on how to balance out reality versus projection yeah that’s a great question yeah um we if we want a new reality we have to dream at first and if we don’t dream a new reality then

(1:20:54) we’ll always be limited to the possibilities of our current reality and so this is a part of projection into the future that says okay i can see i want to be able to get with the vibrational feeling of having better health than i currently have right now because i’m because i’m not satisfied with my health or my body in some way not from a place of i’m i’m unworthy or i’m a lazy sloth but more just from a place of a neutral honest hey i could improve my health i have been neglecting it so let me let me

(1:21:30) let me see in my mind’s eye what i want to feel like in my physical body so it can be a projection of health and it can be a production of relationship it can be projection of serving my soul’s mission or like having my family thriving and i can feel and and hear us laughing and playing together and that the vibration the prosperity in my family is around love and connection and it’s not about whether we’re in hawaii or whether my kids have these shoes it’s nothing to do with that and so part of that is knowing that since our

(1:22:10) thoughts create our reality and that most of the structures in our brain are old structures that were put in there by somebody else that we have energized and repeated they’re outdated they don’t belong to us and they don’t fit necessarily who we are becoming so it’s actually our responsibility and i do this daily in my morning meditations is to feel into the vibration of what i’m saying yes to i don’t have to be attached to how it looks and this is where i can co-create with the universe this is where i can be

(1:22:47) in this deep collaborative effort with the universe to say hey you and i can co-create this together manifested in such a way that it’s beyond my wildest dreams and that doesn’t mean that i just put the seed out there and i don’t take any action but uh dreaming into the possibilities and it is our vibration our emotion that really helps rewire the brain to know that it’s possible because if we don’t believe if we don’t have a thought that a new paradigm of living with humanity and with mother

(1:23:22) nature is more possible then we cannot create it so we we have to see clean water we have to see seven generations from now walking on a beach that has no plastic on it yeah that’s beautiful we have we have to see that we are in communities together growing our food and that we’re in communities raising our children and that we’re not in our isolated pods doing it by ourselves so that’s going to help us move between the gps of where we are now and where we want to be if we don’t have a gps then

(1:23:58) we just keep going in circles getting lost and so the vision is the end point how we get there is the journey which we get to be surrendered to and if we listen along the way then we’ll receive the divine inspiration to turn left here or plant this new seed or open this foundation or offer this new service into the community that helps us get there yes you brought up seven generations back i’ve heard that before and can you tell me why why seven um this was you know this is more uh of a native tradition about

(1:24:39) not just being so self-centered that we are thinking only about the now and not about the impact that it has not only in our children but seven generations to come because if we are making our choices from that place where we’ve got to be thinking about sustainability because then and we’re a lot more accountable for the messes that we’re making it says oh well we just you know i don’t care because i’m not going to be here um in in in 50 60 years i’m not going to be here so i don’t care

(1:25:12) and this is a level of human accountability and respect for that our imprint has an effect all the way down many generations and can i think that far ahead of what is my legacy am i leaving a legacy of lifestyle choices respect for nature um respect for humanity and my own self-care and self-respect practices that i want to pass that on to the generation so that that is a legacy of sustainability and harmony with with uh humanity and with each other yeah that’s a really really interesting stuff i want to dive deeper into that on

(1:25:57) maybe another time with you as well but uh it just sounds like you know what you were talking about earlier with the perspective of the eagle you know from that 10 000 foot view and pulling all the way back so that we can look at the whole picture here how are we affecting it we might be just a drop in the ocean but that ripple is extremely important you know because we’re collectively the ocean um we are deciding for our children our grandchildren our great great great children right now the kind of environment they will be living

(1:26:30) in we are deciding that right now absolutely and even those of us i feel like it’s important to mention uh i don’t have children myself but it’s important to mention i think because i think we’re in this era where many people may not choose to have children we’re in a you know definitely a different time um and i’m bringing that up because i think it’s important to be clear that even if you don’t have children you are very much affecting everything around you in your existence so

(1:26:59) yeah it’s all important it’s important and that is the part of your bloodline that you know we are one and right humanity is a species and collectively we are deciding about what kind of planet our future generations will have we are deciding that today collectively so yes you you might decide not to you know that might be your social choice is is to say i i’m not going to add to the population but that doesn’t mean that i’m not affecting the population absolutely yeah no absolutely i think

(1:27:31) even sometimes the choice to not add to the population is the effect you’re having exactly um and and speaking on the eagle my mom is a eagle that’s her spirit animal and i wanted to bring up we’re going to talk about how uh our listeners can get their own spirit animal uh reading and figure out how uh what they are because that’s pretty cool stuff it’s really cool to be able to uh put that type of label on you because when you know your spirit animal ally it gives you so much clarity um i think on

(1:28:06) like where you’re at right now in your life and what you can do with the playfulness of it so yeah this this one is more of a journey so an animal spirit guide will come in and give you advice or medicine for this particular moment that might not be your animal totem for life and different animals might weave in will most certainly weave in and out of your life at different phases or times of your life whether it’s dolphin to bring more joy or whether it’s bare to hibernate or whether it’s eagle to

(1:28:38) you know have a bigger a bigger perspective or a butterfly to be you know going through a transformation and so there may be different animal totems at different cycles of your life and this one will be an animal journey so that you can go and receive some medicine from an animal that can bring you some advice or guidance at this moment of time so you can go back and do this journey over and over again and get different animals so fun yeah um okay so we’re going to get into i just want to let the listeners know that we are going

(1:29:11) to have you walk us through an experience um that is going to be very impactful very beautiful so i want everyone listening to stay tuned to the end because i think we’re going to save it till the end so we can finish on that note and allow the listeners to go away from this with that vibration so what i want to do now is just ask you our staple questions so there’s a few short questions like to ask everyone who comes on the show the first one being if you could hug your younger self right now what would you say

(1:29:44) thank you for inspiring me to remember to shine and for reminding me of my soul song this little light of mine i’m gonna let it shine and so i thank her for being a guide for me right now at different times when i’ve lost my light and so i i thank her for being a role model and a guide to remember to keep shining my light it’s beautiful if you could have the whole world read one book which would it be [Music] wow huh the giving tree oh my kids love that story what does that story mean to you um a level of selflessness and a level of

(1:30:40) consideration for others that we’re here to serve not just ourselves but all we’re here to serve i also like the hungry caterpillar also you know about becoming the butterfly you came here to be oh i don’t have that one oh the hungry caterpillar i love that one okay i’m writing it down yeah and i think we’re all finding a new set of wings right now in this process and in this time of life we all came back right now um because we have medicine to bring so absolutely this is um the hunger caterpillar it’s it’s a

(1:31:19) time for us to find our butterfly wings i think so we’re in that cocoon like we’re talking about that corona yeah yes yeah uh so if you could whisper one phrase to everyone on the planet what would it be live laugh learn let go and love before we um go into that closing exercise with you where can people find you online and uh contact you to do uh to get the free gift oh well so we’ll have the link i think in the show yes uh-huh okay we’ll put the link for the free gift for that guided animal spirit journey and

(1:32:00) also since we’re needing to balance the feminine and masculine so much right now i’ll also give a discount on that course balancing the feminine and masculine i am to be found at shamangelichealing.com and i’m based here in sedona and people come from all around the world to do uh you know individual retreats and and private sessions and group retreats with me here in sedona and of course i’m certified high performance coach i do coaching online as well as the shamanic healing podcast is a great place to hear inspiring

(1:32:39) conversations like this and i’m on uh you know instagram and facebook at anahata ananda and i’m here to just inspire millions to shine and if you have stayed to listening this that’s long this is landed as medicine for you so um that means you know our souls are speaking to your souls and that it has landed for you and so i look forward i know our paths will cross some time virtually or in the physical and i look forward to meeting those people that are deeply resonating with today’s messages yes thank you so much

(1:33:19) all right so you teach an incredible healing modality as we mentioned that is so elegant and impactful and i’ve heard it’s even quite like a psychedelic experience it’s called shimano jealous shaman i’m going to do this wrong shaman jealous from angelic breath work um i know it’s great for inner calmness and for immunity as well so what better time than now to practice this can you lead us and our listeners through this please so a full sean angelic breath work journey is done in person um i come to austin every year um i’ve

(1:34:00) been doing shaman jelly breath work journeys not unlike a plant medicine ceremony where you come in person to have an experience and so that’s really where the most powerful benefits come from is when when we’re in person and i can weave emotionally and energetically in your field to help move out the density and bring in the light it’s using breath as a broom to clear things out along with moving in your field to support that release and expansion through music and breath and so that’s really a sham angelic breathwork journey um so

(1:34:39) we get to do that in person whether that’s here in sedona or when or whether i come to austin or whether that’s a retreat and so just to clarify that that’s what it really is about but let’s go ahead and have another little journey at this time where we can kind of just let go and surrender and and come back to the truth of who we are so close your eyes if that is um safe for you at this time and just take some deep inhales and exhales and just let that inhale just keep doing that deep inhales and a deep exhale

(1:35:25) and keep that rhythm going deep inhale and a deep exhale and with each exhale just let go of the tension that’s been building any anxiety that’s been building maybe it’s feeling tight somewhere in your body and so as you go to release that allow any physicality of that tension where it’s holding in your cells and your shoulders in your temples and your hips in your belly in your neck in your jaw as you exhale just begin to soften the parts of the body that have been holding tension and fear and stress and worry

(1:36:17) exhale soften those parts and within each inhale breathe in peace grace patience healing and breathe out stress anxiety worry and just keep cycling that as we melt away the layers of density so that we can peel back to the pearl of the essence of who you are this part of your soul that is never in quarantine this part of your essence that is always free to move about this part of your truest divine expression that is limitless

(1:37:21) that is not bound by material wealth or health or the roles that you play in the human journey let your breath access the part of you that is eternal timeless and powerful beyond measure that is peaceful that is centered that is alive that is powerful that is potent that is present that is enough that is whole that has purpose and mission let’s tap that part of us that was alive before we took our first breath in this body and that part of us that will be alive after we take our last breath in this

(1:38:24) body that part of your soul essence that came here now knowing that you had magic to offer humanity at a time when it would be struggling and that you too would be in that struggle with humanity that you too would understand the attachments to the illusion in the matrix of limitations of material things of external identity physical attachments and remember that part of you that knew that that would be an illusion that you were entranced by and that there would a time come a time where humanity would wake up to the illusion that we’ve been living

(1:39:12) in you came here now for a reason to rise above the illusion to bring and share your light your authentic gifts that your training ground your classroom has prepared you for now that your soul has been deeply hungering [Music] for this to be on purpose to be in service to be in harmony your soul has been hungry for this time and you have been training for this so receive a message in this moment from your soul a message from that timeless wise eternal part of you and let it land deep in your being

(1:40:19) let it come home to that part of you that has been waiting for this inspiration and receive some advice right in this moment from your your soul what advice does your soul have for you at this time this critical time in humanity in this critical time of your personal development what advice does your soul have for you and bring that advice in let it land as medicine [Music] can begin to see you weaving your magic your light your love your truth shining it into humanity at this time giving it back to mother nature paying it forward to

(1:41:23) our children our nieces our nephews sending it out to humanity that is so hungry to remember this truth that you have just connected to and begin to feel where you can shine your light who you are here to touch with what medicine do you have that will help to heal those people that are waiting for your medicine your truth your gift your product your service your love your patience your light and feel this ripple effect happening in humanity where as each of us wakes up detaches from the things that have been disempowering us holding our light back

(1:42:10) and as we wake into the remembering that our light becomes this ripple effect that the virus that is becoming contagious is love now that where we can let love and light and truth go viral that we have the ability not only to let that happen in the generations that are breathing right now on the planet but as we make this pivot within us as we make this pivot within humanity we pass it on to seven generations plus so we are now leading a legacy of love light harmony grace and truth behind us you are an important part of this

(1:43:05) and give yourself permission in some way to bring your light out and touch somebody in some way help somebody that is struggling and that has forgotten this if you are on the other side and you are awake and you are aware then it is your human responsibility your ethical responsibility to turn back and shine a light for others that are lost and feel that today in some way you will do this for a friend a colleague a family member a complete stranger that you are the medicine we’ve been waiting for you are the inoculation to this virus

(1:43:54) you you are holding the keys so let’s unlock the door to unlimited potential to living in a harmonious sustainable thriving relationship with each other and with mother nature and just take this time every morning every night to reconnect to this truth to receive divine guidance as to how you can serve that day to receive inspiration to a new product or a new service or a new message that you might birth out into humanity and breathe it in breathe at home say yes say yes i just want to acknowledge each of you

(1:44:49) for the powerful medicine that we bring it has been my honor to serve each of you today to weave this magical journey with you it has been my honor jade and mercedes to weave this message with you sisters i acknowledge your light your truth your radiance your voice and your love and your magic thank you for weaving it it is my divine honor and pleasure amen thank you thank you the energy does feel a lot lighter so that’s just a little guided journey with breath and when we when we get together in person we will share a sham angelic breathwork

(1:45:46) journey yes to really um have that in the physical experience that’s a two-hour experience yeah that is a ceremony for this whole healing and awakening and so for those that are drawn to that kind of work i actually teach uh healing tools and modalities and breath work facilitator training if that if you are called to the healing arts that might be medicine um for some to learn and and to bring those tools into their medicine bag so that information is on my website as well so thank you so much we’ll put all that

(1:46:24) in the show notes so it’s a wonderful way to end the episode thank you um so we’ll uh likely divide this into two parts and it’ll be two episodes back to back and um we’ll email um that email address that we have for you we’ll email the video promos to that so perfect pretty pretty shortly so thank you sisters thank you guys i know we just dropped an hour and 40 minutes i know an beautiful thank you you thank you powerful medicine sisters and i’m honored and grateful to kyle and um tash for introducing us and yeah

(1:47:05) know that i’m right here to support you in bringing more of your magic and your light out onto the planet thank you so much it’s um a big goal of tasha’s and mine to make it out to sedona soon so yes yes i’m here for you sisters as soon as this pandemic passes let’s see yeah the doors are open and we want to plan like some sort of like soul sister a little retreat in sedona so yeah just do that bring the sisters out here we’ll tailor some amazing weekends yeah she never had a bachelorette party

(1:47:39) so that’s what that’s what we were thinking about bachelorette party yeah it’s totally different exactly yeah okay thank you so much we’ll talk to you soon you love you guys love you love you bye bye um all right so that was perfect that was long um [Music] darn it that’s the end made a lot of sense for this one i know but peter crone isn’t too far off because he’s gonna um we’re gonna be talking about what’s going on too so we can incorporate it um or if you really wanted to you could

(1:48:16) save it for adrian’s um when’s that uh i think well he’s in austin for a couple more months but because of the pandemic i think that i can get him to just do a zoom one okay um he i think we could have it as a menopause i’m gonna stop this yeah
